truly enjoyed lisbon, the hotel was reasonably priced and good standard in early morning---called the taxi. its location relatively near lisbon casino was good. i did not want to leave there and would definitely book here again.
The staff - some of them were incompetent.

Top breakfast for the price! Very well located, subway station is only 5 minutes away. It is also very easy to get to the hotel from the airport.
It was very loud and warm in the room. People from the room next door made very loud noises ate night and nobody cared. Had to knock on the door to ask them to be quiet.

Enjoyed this beautifuly designed accommodation with competent staff at reception desk. The location was peaceful and strategic for walking around a glass-roofed mall. And it was near banks and convention centres.

Rich and delicious breakfast. Very friendly and attentive staff. Breakfast already possible from 4:30 am. Top location near the Metro.
A second coffee maker would be helpful at peak times for breakfast.

The hotel was great location, great to walk easily to attractions and restaurants. The breakfast was a hit with the kids, especially the fresh orange juice. The staff were friendly and accommodating to our family.
My kids wished for a small mini-fridge to keep their drinks cool. It would have been great for families if there were more amenities for kids in the room.
